Our Story
Back in Bridesburg in 1997, a pizza place was going to open soon. It needed a name: Mario's, Vito's, Vinny's? All sounded like pizza places, but this place was going to be different. Not only was the pizza made with sliced mozzarella cheese on the bottom and then the sauce on top, but with a dedication to quality and good service not often found. Ramsey Wojtkowski, a Polish kid born and raised in Bridesburg, was fulfilling his dream of opening a pizzeria.
"My in-laws are Italian and when they say Ramsey, it sounds like Renzi. I loved it! After all, you can't name a pizza place Wojtkowski's!" the owner explains.

Our Pie
It all starts with dough made every day from scratch in our stores. We "proof" or rise the dough for 1–1 ½ hours to ensure a delicious, crispy crust. When you order your pizza, a dough ball is taken and "hand-tossed" to the right size. Sliced 100% mozzarella cheese is then placed on the dough before we sauce it.
Now, this isn't your processed, out-of-a-can, ordinary stuff that some places use. We only use fresh-packed tomatoes from Northern California and season then with a blend of spices the Boss won't even tell his wife! Your pizza is baked for 6 to 7 minutes and when you bite, CRUNCH!
